EncryptMe is a small, but very useful file encryption/decryption utility. The encryption of files is based on an AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 bit algorithm. The program is very easy to use due to its simple and intuitive interface. All you need to do is to add your files you want encrypted and choose your password in order to increase the file protection level. After the encryption process has been completed, the original files will be automatically deleted and replaced with the newly encrypted files. In order to decrypt files, you need to follow the same steps, only you will choose to decrypt instead of encrypting.

4. Type "ipconfig /release" just like that, and hit "enter"

6. Right-click on "Network Places" or "My Network Places" on your desktop.
7. Click on "properties"

You should now be on a screen with something titled "Local Area Connection", or something close to that, and, if you have a network hooked up, all of your other networks.

8. Right click on "Local Area Connection" and click "properties"
9. Double-click on the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list under the "General" tab
10. Click on "Use the following IP address" under the "General" tab

Ok I have found a new tool that RapidShare has released a new program that you can upload over 100 MB, make direct links and you upload so much quicker. This DID WORK for me and it should work for you.

When I use to upload using my browser to RapidShare I got about 10 kb/s.
When I use to upload using RapidUpload to RapidShare I got about 15 kb/s.
When I use this program in this tutorial I get about 22-35 kb/s!!!

I really want everyone to do this so it can upload quicker.
